hi, after I received the router, I set up the modem and router step by step. However, it always shows need to wait 30mins, but after 30 mins the internet still unavailable. I try to restart it several times. And the email said the NBN activation is in progress. I try to contact the tech support via phone and email, but still no response.

 

Now, it is still unavailable and I found I already been charged about 5 days before.
