We received the sms from TPG last Saturday (June 6) advising us to connect the devices so we connected the NBN modem and router as per the instructions. It's been plugged in since then but the Internet does not work. The LAN light is off and the DSL light flashes on and off.
We followed all the troubleshooting steps but it didn't help. We thought we just had to wait for TPG to do the installation because the status says that the installation is progressing. But then we received the SMS again today reminding us to connect our devices which are already connected.
We've been without internet for 6 days now. Can you please help?
