No internet at home when we came back yesterday. My NBN modem's link icon flashing blue, but dsl and lan is off. Have tried to turn the device off and unplug the cable - no success. Still blinking. Been on the phone now for 45 mins, still unable to speak to anyone. Please help anyone!
