NBN modem router has not arrived.

Hi,
Due to cancelation of service for ADSL, I have changed my plan to NBN.
But I haven't received the modem router and I checked with the courier, the router went back to TPG.
Please re-deliver the router as soon as possible.
I dont have Internet.

Hi @U4588188,

 

Once your TPG modem order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email and SMS confirmation containing important delivery information.

 

If you weren't home when StarTrack attempted the delivery, they'll leave a card in your mailbox.

 

Your delivery will be held at a StarTrack location or your Local Post Office for 7 days before being returned to TPG.

 

It appears that this is your case and we have already organised a re-delivery of your modem.
