NBN network connection device

Hi,

I’ve recently signed up for an NBN plan and have received my new modem.

I have not received an NBN network connection device – this is the first time the property has been connected to the NBN.

My installation is booked for 08/09/2020 – will this come with the installer or should I be receiving it in the mail?

Hi @dougieparker87 

The install class for your service requires an NBN tech visit.

The NBN tech will also supply the NBN-NCD for you.
