NBN network issues- No network for 5days

Dear TPG team,
My WiFi is completely out of service since Friday (20/3/2020). There’s green light on internet but no signal or light on 5G or 3G as shown in the photos attached. My network name doesn’t even appear on my devices. It is so frustrating that I can do nothing online. It would be so grateful if anyone could help fix the problem ASAP, please.

Can you logon to the router and check that wifi is enabled?

What model of router is it?
