NBN new home installation (TPG Acc # 3813323)

I have just had a NBN change request to my new property. The status is now active and just received my modem. However, I have not a call or appointment from the NBN to say when they are coming to install the box in the new property. I tried getting on the online chat but each time I will get disconnected after waiting for an hour.

Please advise when NBN will be coming to install the required equipment.

    Understand you are not moved into property yet, 

according to NBN records, your installation completed on 17th of march 2020.

and its FTTP,  once you moved into the house, please connect your router to port one on NTD
