NBN not connecting

Received an message saying to setup modem, did that and changed phone connection line still not working.ive tried factory restarting it by holding button in for 10 seconds but still not working. Would love help in regards to this set up installation

No lights have changed set up was like video illustrates and I've factory reset and removed and installed cords again as per video illustrates

Sorry no idea it I moved into this house last year. should be this one in the kitchen (Middle of house) but I have tried the other on in the study (end of house)
