I had nbn installed on Fri Apr 24. It's been several days and the internet keeps cutting out. It'll work for 10-30 mins then the light on the modem will go out and the connection will be lost. Lights on nbn box are on and everything is connected correctly. Need this to be fixed so I can work from home. Paul (Account Number: 6800292)
I checked your NBN-HFC 50/20 service and tests at the moment are passing.
I did notice there was an open NBN incident flag (NBNs internal faults, nothing to do with us) for this service that affects multiple users in your local area.
Its possible NBN are doing upgrades/repairs causing your issues in the short term.
Can you monitor it for a couple more days and if it doesnt become stable, let me know.
