There is a note on your account awaiting a form to be sent to us to start your 1st direct debit.

=>If customer CB, Please ask to use DD for future payment
=>If Yes, please advised customer that he/she needs to send the Direct Debit form to ddaccounts@tpg.com.au

The form has been sent! It was also mentioned to the female on the phone that it would not be coming out of my account it would be coming out of my sons account. I really think a phone call Would’ve been suffice.
