Hi there,
I have received multiple texts from TPG advising that my NBN service is ready to activate and that I need to connect my NBN connection device/modem. However, I have only received the usual TPG modem (over a month ago) and not the specific NBN connection device/modem. I have contacted your online support chat multiple times (4 times) regarding this issue, however no further assistance has been offered. Can anyone assist me please?
