NBN service installation

Hi There,

I applied for TPG NBN internet. got the modem delivered. I was expecting to get NBN network connection device delivered with modem but I did not get it.

I got a message from TPG saying "nbn service is awaiting activation. You're required to connect your nbn modem"

I'm not quite sure if the NCD device is necessary for all NBN installations ? Are you able to assist what's next in order to get my internet connected ?

Hi wesamh11,

I have checked with nbn and found that previously there was working NBN FTTC service at that address so i believe NBN  NCD should be available on that address. If you unable to find out that one then better to contact property agent so he might find out with previous occupant because most of all time when occupant move house that time they also taking  that nbn NCD with them.
