Hi There, I applied for TPG NBN internet. got the modem delivered. I was expecting to get NBN network connection device delivered with modem but I did not get it. I got a message from TPG saying "nbn service is awaiting activation. You're required to connect your nbn modem" I'm not quite sure if the NCD device is necessary for all NBN installations ?
