The last two days, my NBN has been very unstable and has been constantly drop out. Apart from the bad experience with the Internet usage, I also notice a constant IP recycling which confirm that the issue is with the connection rather than with my internal local network. Can you please investigate? Thanks

Thanks for raising this to us, I ran an initial test to the service it shows multiple dropouts of the modem/router's connection to tour network. Please confirm your best contact number and preferred time tomorrow. We'll have one of our Technicians contact you for real-time test and investigations.
