The last two days, my NBN has been very unstable and has been constantly drop out. Apart from the bad experience with the Internet usage, I also notice a constant IP recycling which confirm that the issue is with the connection rather than with my internal local network. Can you please investigate? Thanks

Thanks David for your help and your prompt response. I intend to raise dispute on those transactions with the bank and also raise a formal complaint as a consumer after midday. Given what you just said I will hold it off till tomorrow AM if the issue is not resolved. Currently with putting my credit card on-lock, this has inconvenience us and also has the flow-on effect of having to deal with my scheduled payments. Please understand that I do need this to be resolved ASAP not just for the above reason but I also need to know if my account has been compromised or if there was an identity theft that resulted on what has happened. To me, this is a pretty serious case and given my initial call to TPG was not being taken seriously, it is very infuriating.

I have 26 unknown charges made to my credit cards within an hour and after I called, I was told that it was under investigation. After nearly 48 hours I haven't received any callback. This is borderline fraud and should have been dealt with promptly. I had to ring the bank to put a temporary block on my credit card. I just checked my credit card and those payments are now charged, which then require me to raise a dispute with the bank against these TPG charges. I'm very dissapointed with how this is dealt with and it is wasting a lot of time at my end and I'm sure equally on yours when those formal disputes/complaints are raised.

An engineer came in to check and removed an unnecessary part that was installed originally and also replaced the tap connector. Since, I haven’t experienced drop out and speed is much better. Thanks TPG for responding and acting on this so promptly to resolve my issue.

I also experience the same drop out issue with ppp3 error every hour or two shown constantly on my router system log. Despite calling Tpg help desk a few times I was told that at the time they did the testing remotely the line was up and my support ticket is closed as non issue. I just experience another 3-4 drop out this evening and each time it happens it will take several mins to successfully reconnect again. I believe my box or connector must be faulty too similarly to others who reported here. Can TPG engineer please help? I can share the router logs and etc if required.

Thanks for looking into this and your prompt response. My wifi is working fine and has not changed for a while now. I will do more testings and do some tracing and will confirm if we can close this. Thanks again

I live in Clayton and in the last few weeks NBN has been working in the area doing cabling job, and we have been notified that NBN will now be available for us from end of July. This is a good thing, however since the cabling work, I have noticed that my home ADSL2+ speed has gradually become slower and dropout a lot. The last few days have become immensely painful to use. Is there any known issues? and are you able to do some line testing please? Thanks
