I received my NBN box on Monday it has all four solid lights but the internet light is off on my modem. It says my wifi is connected but it doesn’t work. It's been 4 days now and I just need a solution asap as I need my internet everyday for work and study. I have called and emailed TPG many times but still have not received a solution. Please help. Thanks heaps.
