Hi BasilDV - do you work with TPG - if so our a/c is #5321562 - we have been told via 'chat' we are both on NBN and not on NBN - which is it?
If we are on NBN we want to upgrade to the $89.99 plan. If we are not on NBN we need to be connected to NBN - we have connected the modem TPG sent us - but was there another step? We really appreciate any help you can offer.
