I have been trying to resolve this issue since Saturday started sitting at 77th in cue - as TPG telephone support is unavailable. made it to 23 in line after waiting 1.5 hours then suffered dropout - bloody ridiculous!! I have followed this up on 3 seperate occasions with nil success. I have been waiting 5 hours for a phone call that was supposed to have been resolved.
As I am working from home commencing next week and have three kids who will need reliable access for schooling following holidays, unfortunately I will be seeking another provider that delivers the services I pay for and provides required support as TPG is supposed to do. Tone Deaf.
