NCD not sent for house move

Hi,

I applied to move home and set up NBN FTTC on Tuesday. The Modem was sent on Thursday, however to install it I need an NCD, there was no option to get this delivered when purchased, so now I have no internet.
How can I get this sent to me ASAP

Hi  

The status of your installation was that there should have been an NCD already onsite from a previous NBN installation.
Often when tenants move out of an apartment they take this device with them when they should not.

I have escalated this to TPG NBN Installations and they will advise you shortly.
