NCD not sent

I spoke to TPG 2 days ago and again today about getting an FTTC ncd delivered as I have only received the modem and the operator both times said they would dispatch it straight away but as yet I am yet to receive a dispatch email. Is it possible to get any updates??

How did you even manage to speak to an Operator?  I just get a recorded message to chat online.

They actually called me to confirm my landline number and I told them then. It should be a simple matter of putting a box in the mail...

The case manager was less than helpful. She said she needed to get approval to waive the postage on the ncd, and it would be another 24-48 hours before it’s even sent. Hopeless service.

I’m honestly really getting tired of this situation and unprofessionallism. Is there any way I can get the box shipped and start using my internet, which I already paid for?
