NCD taking weeks

Hi - I recently moved home, and unfortunately the NCD was missing when I arrived with no way to retrieve it from the previous occupier. TPG advised they would send a new NCD in 2-3 business days. It’s now been nearly 2 weeks with no update whatsoever (unless I called and sat on hold for ages, only to be told there’s no real update). I’m considering cancelling my whole account with tpg at this stage if an update/NCD can’t be provided within the next week.
Could I please be contacted ASAP? Thanks.
