Nbn fibre to the curb installation

I have got the technician came for the appointment and set up my modem and nbn devise but the line from curb to my house is not working, how do I make another appointment to get someone to fix this issue?

We'd love to help get to the bottom of this, we're able to locate the account using your community details. We've seen that one of our Provisioning Case Manager tried to contact you earlier today but no avail.
