Organised last week to have nbn transferred to new house, first was told I could use my old modem, then told I need to wait for a technician to install nbn connection box today. Received new modem in mail today and need to know when the nbn connection box will be installed/delivered as I need this for work and will be forced to find another source if I can’t get on. The technician was scheduled for today but I haven’t received any notifications , updates or anything.
