Nbn not connected

I have been given the run around by TPG all day. We have moved house and our nbn has not been connected despite me contacting TPG last week to get it transferred across. I got put through to 5 different line today with no resolution. The internet symbol on my modem still hasn’t lit up. Can someone please give me some answers
