Nbn pppoe user name and password not working

Hi
I try to use byo D-Link Dsl 3900 to connect tpg fttb NBN.I Can't get the internet connection with my tpg user name and password. I called tpg support. They can see my modem is connected, they said login password is wrong so I can't get connection. I try reset passwords over 10 times. And I am 100%the password is correct which I can login mytpg account. I guess something wrong with nbn login username and password..
