As we discussed on the phone,I submit a moving home request on tpg website.
When I put the new address,it came up the following information.
"It seems you have an active NBN service with another service provider. NBN service transfers are not supported at this time. We are working hard to make this available very soon"
What does that mean? Does it mean I can't transfer TPG NBN to the new address now?
