Hi there my account has be canceled deactivated due to non payment 

I have a disability and have left my email and handling of payments to my caregiver and have only found out today they have not been paying my internet account and has now been deactivated how do I go about getting my internet reinstated please 

my medical equipment is all monitored threw my wifi
