Good morning I arranged for the nbn to be set up as of last Friday, the modem you sent is set up and plugged In But we still have no internet.
Please can this be fixed ASAP.

Have you been notified by TPG to connect up your NBN equipment?

Depending on the type of NBN, you may need a NBN connection device.
