I’ve received your modem and attached it but it’s not activated. It says that it should be working in 2 working days and it’s gone past that.

I still haven’t got my service. The modem has been installed as advised and it’s been over 10 days now.

Once the NBN service installation is complete you may proceed on setting up the equipment or the modem/router. You may check this guide.

In this particular case, we've seen that the service is installation is not yet complete, based on the latest update NBN Co. will dispatch an NBN Technician to close the service installation
