Hi I got my modem a week ago but haven’t receive NCD, I called several times and one of your team members said they will send NCD and will deduct 10aud for it and will send tracking details of NCD three days ago, but they haven’t deduct money and I haven’t received any message regarding tracking of ncd or being sent? It’s really frustrating that they already deduct money for a month and I haven’t been able to use internet for two weeks now and I am using expensive mobile data from Vodafone.
