Network Connection Device has not arrived

Hi,

 

We are having a technician visit tomorrow and we are yet to receive a Network Connection Device. Will the technician be able to help us with this tomorrow?

I can see that you were already assisted by our Technical Team over the phone earlier. As discussed, your NBN order has been tagged as Service Class 32 which means that a technician will have to ensure the connection from the DPU (outside pit) going to your premises. In addition, he'll be the one to bring the Network Connection Device and install it.

 

Once the installation is completed, you will need to connect your modem. You may refer to this guide on how to do so: NBN FTTC Setup - General Setup
