Network boundary point

Ive just got a text message asking whether I have access to a network boundary point. I'm wandering what this is.
My phone line plug in place isn't connected to the building however I have a Telstra box outside the front door of my apartment. And I'm wandering whether this counts as access to a network boundary point

Hi @SamanthaPeirson

You are getting NBN-FTTC.

Generally, the NBP is the 1st phone socket inside the premises.

I can see the notes and NBN said they incompleted this yesterday. Your install involved an NBN tech visit.

I will escalate this and someone will call to make another time for NBN to come out.

You will need to be home to allow NBN inside your building.
