I have applied for a new connection at a new residential address. TPG has sent the modem etc but we don’t have a phone line to plug in. I have emailed customer support 4x asking for advice on how I proceed but have not heard back. Please can you help ?
Thankyou. It’s is nbn. I am the owner of the house. What connection do I get ? A standard phone line ? Who does this ? I thought Tpg would put a conduit from the pit to the house ?
