I was in Parramatta address. Account number willim87.
I am apply for move and TPG ask me to register a new account, willim876.
First, i want to know if the old account cancelled.
Second, we need new internet urgently. Can i know what information do you need now?
Can you give me a time frame for that?

Your old account was under TPG FTTB service and since the technology available in your new address is NBN, a new account will be created as the old one can't be transferred.
The information about the cancellation of the old account was emailed to you last 19 March 2020. You'll be notified via SMS/Email or phone call once the new account is installed.
