Why is it that I was told that the first month and insulation fee has been waved they try and charge my card

Hey @allwindow, what plan did you sign up for?

I know NBN plans have a $0/waived install fee if you take the 18 month contract. I'm not aware of any first month free deals with TPG right now.

TPG offers $0 setup fee if you choose the 18 month NBN plan but we don't offer free first month fee.
