I set up my modem 4 days ago, and got this message. I have searched and read every post regarding this but none contain anything I have not already done. I spoke to a technician today who placed a call back when I would be home to log into the modem which hasn't happened. My husband has to work from home and no internet makes that impossible! This is getting ridiculous!! Please help me asap or I will be going to another provider who can.
