No Customer Support

I have submitted a move request online about 2 weeks ago and have been unable to get an update on this since. I am unable to get through to support on the chat services or through phone. I have emailed TPG however I fear this will get lost in the void as well. I have also tried checking the install status online but it says they are unable to provide me an update.
This is beyond frustrating. I would understand a delay in installation due to the pandemic however the fact that I’ve received no information about this is very disappointing. I am seriously considering going to a different internet provider however I can only imagine how hard the cancellation process will be if this has been the outcome so far!

*Update* I have now received an email confirming my move so I hope this means everything is going ahead as per normal.
