We have had our NBN connection for a while without problems. The garbage truck took out our cable across the street. It took more than 6 weeks for NBN to restore it (after 4 technicians visits with new routers under their arms). Anyway, it was restored today. The NBN router looks normal; all lights lit. However, our Archer VR1600 wireless modem is not showing internet, phone or LAN connection lights. Power and the 2.4G and 5G lights are lit. Because of the time without connection, does TPG have to do something to reactivate our internet, or is something else wrong?
