No NBN Connection Box

I have just moved into an appartment with HFC NBN and there is no connection box.

How do i go about getting one?

Hi @bg95, 

Your NBN service is under the Service Class 24 which means it can be activated remotely as the equipment is readily available. 

The NBN box/NTD  or any parts of it should not be taken or to be sold as it is NBN Co's property. 

I have raised your concern to one of our Case Managers to assist you with your concern regarding the missing NBN box. Kindly wait for a call tomorrow, 21 January 2021.
