No NBN Connection (New FTTC connection)

Hi team,

 

Issue with new FTTC connection.

 

Signed up with TPG on the 6th Sept for NBN50. Received TPG moden and NBN Network connection Device on the 9th Sept.

 

Received two text messages saying "Please connect your NBN modem as soon as possible to activate". Followed the installation guide last Friday (11th) and today (13th Sept), while my ADSL2 with Optus is still working. Tried multiple times from 30 mins to an hour but only power light was solid blue on NCD, others lights kept flashing. Checked there was no network outage on both dates.

 

Also tried the troubleshooting article (https://www.tpg.com.au/support/nbn-fttc/problems_connect_internet_nbn_fttc) but still no internet.

 

Reconnected back to Optus ADSL2 modem and now backed online.

 

Please help me resolve this problem.
