Our new rental premises has NBN connected but the previous tenants have taken the NBN box with them so our new TPG connection cannot operate. They have left the manual for the box, so we know there was one here originally. The real estate agent says they cannot help us retrieve the box. We urgently need the box in order to connect and keep working during the health crisis - apparently it is through TPG that we lodge a replacement claim with NBN but we can't seem to get any more information. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
