No NBN connection box for a week after I paid $200 for my service

I’ve been trying to contact you guys for a week everyday, I am being ignored as a customer who paid for his service. I’ve been trying to contact you through phone and the lines have always been busy, I tried emailing and online chat support and waited over 900 queue which took 6 hours just for the chat support to close the chat when it’s my turn. I ordered my service and still need to book a technician to come and install my NBN connection box. It’s become impossible to reach anyone in the TPG team. This is my first time ordering internet from you guys and this has been a terrible first impression. I need a technician ASAP.
