I’ve been trying to contact you guys for a week everyday, I am being ignored as a customer who paid for his service. I’ve been trying to contact you through phone and the lines have always been busy, I tried emailing and online chat support and waited over 900 queue which took 6 hours just for the chat support to close the chat when it’s my turn. I ordered my service and still need to book a technician to come and install my NBN connection box. It’s become impossible to reach anyone in the TPG team. Hi this is Hamidreza, I ordered an NBN service and I have received my modem and a text message saying that my NBN service is awaiting activation. There is no NBN connection box in this house, therefore I need a technician to come and install that ASAP. I’ve been trying to contact your team for two days to no response.
