Get online support
Hi,
I still have not received any news from the NBNPOD team regarding my NBN black connection box and I am without internet for about a week now. The last customer service guy told me I have an exisiting active internet connection from the previous tenant and they are waiting for the other ISP to disconnect the previous tenant's connection but its been a week. How long do I have to wait till I get my internet up and running?
