We recently signed up for a NBN plan. We recieved our modem but do not have a NBN connection box. We do have an NBN wall point, however.
We are currently not booked in for an appoitment with a technician.
Any help would be great.
If there is No NTD onsite, we will need to ship one to you.
I have escalated this to our hardware team.
It will only take 1-2 days to metro areas once shipped w/ a tracking number.
Let us know once you receive it and all devices are set up properly.
