Nbn connection

Hi
I received a modem for nbn connection but i do not have any nbn box installed in the unit. There is only 1 telephone line wall socket. Kindly help me how to fix this.

I have received a modem but if i am not wrong i would need 1 more device to connect it.

Hi @Chirantan,

 

Yes you will need an NBN NTD, like the device in the image below. From what I can see your NBN order is still being processed. I have requested for someone from our Provisioning team to investigate and call you back with an update.

Thank for your help. Technician did visit me and fixed the connection but my connection is not yet transferred from my previous address. They are taking too long and i couldnt reach them. Chat thing is not working. I cannot connect to chat even after several attempts. Plz do help on it as well. Thanks for the installation issue.
