Hi this is Hamidreza, I ordered an NBN service and I have received my modem and a text message saying that my NBN service is awaiting activation. There is no NBN connection box in this house, therefore I need a technician to come and install that ASAP. I’ve been trying to contact your team for two days to no response. I tried calling and the lines were busy. I have tried contacting online chat support and there is over 600 people on queue. I am not happy with the communication service I am getting.
