I have recevied the below message;

However there is no a NCD device on the premises, are you able to please assist in this matter.
I have pushed this on to our installs team, and someone will call you back ASAP within 24hrs to help get a replacement NCD and/or an NBN tech visit to help activate your new NBN-FTTC service.
You will need to do some of the install yourself.
You will need to UNPLUG ALL existing phones/modems, and setup the new NCD + MODEM to the socket.
Pay attention to the 4x blue lights on the NCD once completed.
