Thanks for your PM. Can you please confirm you don’t have an NBN NTD in your property that looks like this? NBN's records indicate there is one installed at your address. Make sure you have a good look around.

An NBN NTD will need to be installed. I have requested for our Provisioning Team to investigate and requested for someone to call you back later on today with an update.
