No Nbn connection box

I've just moved to a new appartment. But I didn't find a NBN box and I couldn't use the internet. Do I need a connection box? And how do I get one?

This means that an NBN technician will be requested to install a wall plate/socket and an NBN NTD box.

New Development Charge (NDC) applies to locations that nbn classify as new development. A new home or when connecting nbn to your premise the first time may be considered as new development and will be charged $300 fee.

We'll check with our Provisioning team if your address is under the NBN new development.

Updates will be provided once available.
